The TEFCOLD BLC5 blast chiller is a new generation cooler designed for professional kitchens and bars. It features a capacity for 5 GN1/1 pans and a volume of 100 liters. This unit operates with R290 refrigerant and has a power consumption of 0.8 kW. The temperature range is adjustable from -18 to +70 °C for chilling and +3 to +70 °C for holding. Constructed from stainless steel AISI 304, it includes a temperature sensor, programmable thermostat, and four preset programs. The door has a self-closing mechanism, and the unit is equipped with adjustable legs. Its dimensions are 800/815/1005 mm, and it weighs 120 kg.
